You should see less "Looking up message..." now. * Your replies to notes are now shown first. * Added missing translation strings, updated some translations by contributors * Restored different styles for "follow" and "following" buttons

Added global / following / notifications feed name as a placeholder to "show N new messages", so the feed doesn't jump when it appears.

I'm trying to find spam in my global feed to test blocking, but can't find any.
