Ich bin verwirrt: sind nun nordafrikanische Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge das "braune Pack", oder die Leute, die diese so bezeichnen? Und sind nicht generell Leute, die andere Leute als "Pack" bezeichnen, selber "Pack", egal welche Farbe?

Überschuldete Regierungen müssen sich der Notenpresse bedienen, da die Steuerbasis nicht ausreicht, um die Verpflichtungen zu begleichen. Damit die Ausweitung der Geldmenge nicht zu inflationär wird, erhöhen sie die Nachfrage nach ihrer Währung. Nachfrage steigt langfristig durch Stabilität (kann man komplett vergessen), kurzfristig aber durch Unsicherheit, denn bei Krisen flüchtet jeder in Liquidität, also in die lokale Währung.
Die maximale Nachfrage entsteht durch Krieg, was ausserdem die ohnehin unausweichliche Währungsreform mit sich bringt und den Verantwortlichen außerdem größtmögliche Handlungsfreiheit (also Macht) gibt.
In den nächsten Jahren werden Häuser, Aktien und Bitcoin im Preis fallen. Häuser weil sie illiquide sind und Rechtsrisiken mit sich bringen (z.B. Zwangshypotheken), Aktien weil von "Feinden" gehaltene Aktien eingezogen werden, und Bitcoin weil es noch nicht etabliert genug ist.
