We are the creators of our reality. The leftists are pretty scary, as the reality that have created for themselves is wild. Congratulations US! Let the next 4 years be prosperous. As someone who's watching from afar, the idea of having Kamala in, was unsettling. I didn't understand why so many women in the US wanted to get Kamala in the White House apart from the point of view of getting a woman in. But if that's really the only reason for voting for Kamala, then we have still a lot of work to do as a collective. The crisis in the UK in the roughest areas is heartbreaking... Just watched Joefish's investigation on YT and honestly it's one of saddest things I've watched. A pregnant woman living in a tent. She's working on herself and she's integrating back in the society, but I can't stop thinking how their own government is not doing a thing to support these people. What is happening to this world? It's becoming a worldwide phenomenon. Did the governments meant to do this to their people on purpose? To divide us and demoralise us? I just hope for better days for anyone who truly needs it 🙏🏼

2nd Tai Chi and Qigong lesson today - such a beautiful session.. and I didn't cry! 👏🏼 I truly feel that I released a lot of tension and this is why my first session was well.... emotional. I'm so proud of myself for attending again and not let my anxiety to take over and keep me at home. Self care is a priority 🙏🏼😊
