I can read English because I'm a pharmacist, and my professor told us to read papers in English at university. Even though sometimes I write down things with poor grammar, I was crazy enough to translate Damus and Nos.so from English to Brazilian Portuguese. Nice to meet you.

In this #zapathon I’m gonna introduce you guys to some gossip: They started this bakery here in Rio that sells candies in dicks and pussies shape and some Karen old people really got offended. Now they made the name become “la censura.” The pink dick is delicious though. image

How it is to contribute to an APP so far: Off course translation is just a small part of it, but I admire even more devs who put theyr product out there, cause there are a lot’s of critics and in this journey we must learn to not take it personally. There are some stuff that we only realize it’s result, after it’s already being used by anybody and we can actually see how it end up being. In translation, for example, you realize a verb should be in past tense and it’s not, for example, or people really prefer anglicanism over really translating a sentence. For devs I bet it’s even worst and even though they also realized one problem and are already fixing it, people are already there complaining. So it’s being magical to know the backstage off an APP construction. And the nice and difficult things about it.
