My dopamine is not even stimulated negatively or positively by friendships, intimacy, or socialising. My family though is an exception. They succeed sometimes in kicking unpredictable amount of dopamine into my system.
Vacations? Nope Shopping? Nope Shows? Nope Reading? Nope Learning? Nope Success? Nope Money? Nope Food? Nope Showers? Yes Sports? Yes Video games? Yes Cooking? Yes Dressing up? Nope Cigarettes? Yes My warm room late at night? Yes
I can’t even remember when was the last time I was stimulated by it?
Honestly, nowadays, people in general are starving for fake dopamines and that’s universal.
People are celebrating the fact that they are going to be 10 years older at that point of their lives. Sigh 😮‍💨
My mom is an old school woman and she deeply believes that I am in the danger zone according to her traditional ideas about life overall. so she keeps saying: who are you doing that for? Your room? I tell her: duh, for myself😅
No gym no exercise, just IF for up to 23 hours a day with some abs work every now and then.
I have lost 14 kgs since last July, 10 kgs to go reaching 45 kgs by the end of February 2025. Must take my bmi down to 16-15 from 22-23. If needed to reach the desired bmi, I might need to reach 40 kgs instead. Exciting.
Smooth transition didn’t work, it is impossible to get ride of me🤷🏻‍♀️
