For over 2 years there has been a disconnect between hashrate and price. Hashrate is up 5x. Price is flat. Will price correct to hash rate? Does this reflect improvements in hash rate per dollar (efficient miners in energy terms and cheaper miners in dollar terms)?

I'm joining a supplier day at Siemens next week. The form to fill in gave special treatment if you were LGBT or female or black or a few other categories.
