Don't think I've heard of Murena and /e/OS much on Nostr. Based in Europe, this is a more plug & play alternative to GrapheneOS that's gaining steam. DeGoogled, privacy-first approach to smartphone, compatible with +284 phones. But you can just buy a Murena that's built for /e/OS that has models for all price tiers, including a nice flagship. Saw the founder post on LinkedIn so thought I'd share it here!
