Thoughts and feedback please. Here’s my latest and greatest. This is a design I’ve had in my head for years and finally got around making it a reality. This is a two layer design with shallow pockets cut out for the cards. Then a 1/8” gloss white acrylic on top of the black substrate. Frame is maple stained black, mounted in a floating frame style. I’m planning to do a few different styles and design within this theme and see if there’s a market for them. #grownostr #woodworking #design #diy

Just finished up my little shoe shelf. Left over curly maple for the legs and white oak stained black with India ink for the shelves. Trying a cheaper version of a popular hard oil wax finish. Time will tell if the 30% price difference is worth it. #grownostr #woodworking #diy

Now that’s a bar! I was told by the owners that this is the largest single slab bar in the country. Guiness world book of records wanted to charge them 10k for the recognition and certificate or whatever. They said no thanks. Pretty damn cool. Since they won’t allow me to have chickens, I tore down and returned what materials I could and salvaged the rest then turned it into a garden bed. This is the first one at the new house. It’s no piano but it’ll do just fine. #grownostr #garden #growyourown #Diy
