Looking for help on a nostr relay question. I am subscribing to a filter that has a partial noteId but relays aren’t returning the note I’m looking for. I was under the impression that partial matches should be returned so long as it’s a prefix and the prefix is an exact match?

A key ring, but it zaps you physically anytime someone zaps you digitally

Am I misunderstanding something? If I create a filter with a partial noteID, the relay should look for partial matches?
