I had an amazing time at The Proper Fish & Chip Co in Exmouth. Danny VERY patiently showed me how to dip the fish, work the fryer and get the batter perfectly crispy. Then I got to eat it ALL! Mwhahahaha. It was utterly gorgeous, and they make the best curry sauce I’ve ever had. And I’m a curry sauce connoisseur believe me.
