So the CR vote (continued funding of US government) yesterday needed 60 votes in the US Senate. Republicans had 52, Rand Paul said no. So they needed 8 more. In the US Senate there are 9-10 Jews, all but one in the Democrat side. 7 of the Democrat Jews voted for continued funding. Only 3 non-Jew Democrats voted yes, Fetterman, King and Mesto. So the funding wouldn't have passed without the Jew vote.
