Medium short hair (pretty thick and wavy)
Shampoo 2-3 a week or as needed
Not looking for some egg gold and coconut oil hippie type blender shampoo, but something clean of harmful chemicals.

Removing apps from my phone has been great. I only keep the essentials on there, and check into the world with my iPad in the morning and at night.
If you take away my GPS use, Podcast Use, Nanit use (baby monitor), I’m doing pretty good.

I’m really enjoying having only essential apps on my phone (text, call, email, podcast/music, Bible App, banking/bitcoin apps) and everything else on my iPad (NOSTR client, YouTube, news apps, etc). I get a quick download of the news for the day in the evening and when I have my morning coffee. Throughout the day I don’t get spammed with information. You don’t need to be constantly tapped in. Feels good. Unplug.
