During covid I felt like getting a grip on the facts and what was going on before the media rewrote the story, was important. Now I feel that new facts / news is not worth knowing, because reality itself is mostly the fruit of broken systems and incentives. It's (obviously) better to look inwards to self improvement, once you are satisfied that you have habits that contribute to a better system.
