I feel like I chose the wrong time to quit oxycodone. 🙄 I have been oxycodone free for 2 months now, since relapsing 6 months ago when I lost my mum. I have also cut codeine and morphine use by about half in the last month, since switching to a herbal solution to aid sleep. 😴 I am so fortunate to have such a supportive wife. 🥰 Nostr frens, you have been great support too. 🫂💜 #chronicpain #drugstr

I finally had a hospital appointment regarding my chronic pain. It felt strange going over the whole history of the journey to a doctor. It's a reminder of how far I've come, despite the frustration over the slow progress. I have gone from being hardly able to walk, to being able to walk all day. The next step is an MRI scan to check what's going on, before proceeding with further treatment.
