First thing in the morning, dream journal. They say hou can remember more as you start writing. Flushing out details from the subconscious, or astral planes, or whatever belief system’s vocabulary one subscribes to. Connecting one’s life for the past 8 hours with waking life. Seems untapped and bountiful potential.
