Nice post! What helped me get good at hands is Loomis's book on the head and hands, also his anatomy book. I literally copied the anatomy book, drawing it exclusively in pen. So every mistake is recorded and you have to be more mindful of shapes. But I know that's not for everyone😅 I believe they are on archive.org for free.
