⚡️🤖📖 NEW - A woman was using Claude as a diary. A message was detected by Anthropic, read by a human team… and then forwarded to the police...
According to the arrest report, Carli Michelle Heller, a woman from Bonita Springs, Florida, allegedly wrote on September 26 that she was going to attack the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
The next day, the same account reportedly indicated that she had obtained a new weapon.
Anthropic’s security systems reportedly detected these messages and triggered a human review.
The woman reportedly explained that she used the AI “like a diary.” But unlike a real diary, a conversation with Claude can be reviewed when it triggers certain security measures.
This possibility is provided for in Anthropic’s rules: the company states that it may share data with authorities when it believes in good faith that doing so is necessary to prevent a serious risk.

⚡️🎙️ WTF - Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin says Jewish morality requires "wiping out" Gaza and the West Bank.
Q: "Is it a Jewish point of view to like wipe out all of Gaza…and annex the West Bank?"
Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin: "100 percent."
Feiglin adds that all "Arabs" in Gaza—including babies—are the "enemy," not simply Hamas.
"Every child, every baby in Gaza is an enemy," Feiglin said explicitly last year. "The enemy is not Hamas."

The company admits the watermarks are "often undetectable, especially in short passages," and that rewriting or translating can remove them completely.
Only approved researchers get the detector.

⚡️🇮🇱 WTF - Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich on settlement expansion:
There was very great divine assistance because, during the war, the world’s attention was on Gaza and Lebanon, so overall we were able to do things quietly.
In March, we brought a cabinet decision on 34 settlements, and the condemnations we received were roughly what we used to get in the past for 34 housing units.
When the conflict was in Gaza, they weren’t dealing with the West Bank.
When there is no conflict in Gaza, when there are no pictures of children on Al Jazeera, they look for a conflict in the West Bank.

⚡️👀 ICYMI - The man who locked humanity behind a screen has just decided that recess is over.
Jony Ive wants to kill the smartphone.
The legendary iPhone designer has teamed up with
Sam Altman to create the ultimate “AI companion”: a screenless pebble, packed with cameras and microphones, capable of anticipating your every need.
Scheduled for release in 2027, priced at over $300.
The official promise? A more “peaceful” device to free us from our addiction to screens.
The irony is chilling: the guy who designed the most alienating object in modern history now claims to be weaning us off it… by selling us yet another device.
And the parallel between the tech giants is fascinating.
On one hand, Meta is releasing its Muse Charm: this little AI keychain tailor-made to create a new compulsive reflex in the palm of your hand.
On the other, OpenAI wants us to believe that an AI can monitor us 24/7 in the background—without a screen, without friction, and without ever demanding our attention.
Two worldviews, but the same conclusion: we’ve squeezed so much out of the smartphone that the tech giants are ready to sell us anything. Even the illusion of silence.
