Been doing keto for a few days. I have cycled it on and off for a few years. But for the first time ever, my GKI was 1.2 with ketones at 1.5 and blood sugar at *drum roll* 34. Wtf lol. I ate a little plain yogurt when I saw that number. @Dr. Fernando Morales said his wife reaches low glucose in keto, but I can't remember how low and this figure shocked me.
