Never in my wildest dreams did I predict I'd be going into 2026 single again. Prayers for guidance would definitely be appreciated.

I was able to hit my short term goal of 375 lb deadlift! I'm now shooting to use all my 45 lb plates. Before COVID I was at 445 lbs. I'm hopeful I can get back to 405.

Hit my goal of 275 lb squat! Feels good to be back at these levels. Can't wait to crack 300 again. Slowly getting my bench and deadlift up as well.

Next Dresden files book got a release date! It's one of the few series that I look forward to the next book every other year.
