So today I've been tinkering around in various Nostr clients, trying to find one that might suit my needs. I'm a still a way off making that decision.
I've been looking at the Nostria client, which visually looks very nice. I was quite keen to see how the Communities feature actually works.
Unfortunately, it bombed out in two key areas for me.
1. No markdown support.
2. Cannot delete a community once it's been established. Sort of how Reddit works.
I'll keep looking at other clients over the next few weeks.

A collection of adds and sods posts from across the Interwebs. Some amusing, some disturbing, some thought provoking.
Breakthrough today. Finally got **NMail** (NostrMail) working today. I've only identified two issues that caught my eye.
1. Not all target domain servers receive email from the **uid.ovh** relay in an equitable manner. But eventually they land. This is more likely a relay issue and may improve as relays and Web 2.0 domains communicate better.
2. Nmail email addresses need to have alias because the npub user key is too long. I believe under the Nmail paid plan this is a thing, but I'd like to know what the alias string looks like.
I'll just keep testing it, and if after a few weeks and I've ironed out some kinks, will I go live with it.
Note, there maybe further comments to this thread over the coming days.

Is there anyone using NostrMail that is crying out for an email based Address Book?
This seems to be a feature that is missing.

Yes, it looks the UK has reached peak lunacy. What else could go wrong over there in good ol' Blighty?
