I've been using tasks.org FOSS task list app & protocol for over a year now and it has been incredibly helpful in managing my day-to-day life and reducing stress.

I've been giving the 'Stoicism on Fire' podcast ( a listen as of lately. Chris Fisher, the creator of the podcast, argues that traditional stoicism requires belief in a "rational form of spirituality," that postulates the existance of an underlying supreme rationality to the universe.
I consider myself an agnostic atheist, but the argument that seeing or not seeing a rationality to everything is, ultimately, a choice, is an argument I find more and more compelling.
