I’m looking to do more Bitcoin travel. Headed to @bitcoinbushbash in #Australia in July. Had to skip @BTC Prague to take my daughter to see Moomin World in Finland. I have 11/13-11/19 free and am looking for an event to go to then. I found Adopting Bitcoin in San Salvador, which I don’t know a ton about…the city I mean and the conference organizers. Anyone know of any other mid November bitcoin events?

Earning money in the US means supporting the war machine. A truly non-aggressive approach to living in the US is to forgo income. I kinda think Jesus would choose to be poor than support the war machine.

About to try Chinese food in Finland.

It depends what currency you denominate it in. If denominated in something stupid like dollars or euros, sure, go for it. But if you do it in bitcoin, then you have to think very carefully about the trade. They will come a time when it costs 50 times more in pounds in euros dollars had you denominated in Bitcoin. You have to keep this growth projection in mind as you plot out overtime because the differences are beyond enormous. Bitcoin has a way of making everyone feel stupid.

There are roughly 31,250,000 sats mined every minute. This is down from 5 bitcoin per minute back in 2009 (500,000,000 sats). Thats 16x less today than 16 years ago. And the rate will be 16x less in 16 years. This will have consequences.

I think they’re done with the money printer for a while. I could be wrong, and I’m not selling my bitcoin, but I am keeping my day job with the expectation that financial assets drop a great deal in price over the next 3 years or so. After they make everyone poor and buy up all the assets, then they’ll print more money.
