Why must I pay 2,984 sats to receive 10 sats? 
I'm new to Lightning Network and I am feeling overwhelmed. Phoenix wallet is telling me I'll have to pay 2,984 sats in order to receive 10 sats. I don't like that but I'll stick with it and try to understand. Why is this happening? Is this normal? Any resources to learn more about how this works?
Yesterday I tried to use Lightning. Every wallet I tried was broken.
Wallet of Satoshi-- Not available in my region.
Blink -- Not available in my region.
Strike-- 2FA errors, couldn't create an account.
Breez-- Crashed when I tried to receive funds.
First impressions of Lightning were not good.
