I've been thinking about world views and it seems like the people doubling down on the quality of USD are the same people advocating for smaller families. It's like the ESG ideal of owning nothing and not reproducing go hand in hand with a forever weakening fiat currency. I worry that this future dystopia is what people are putting stock in.
