I've been supplementing pregnenolone 50mg on top of my normal stack for 2 weeks now, and have felt a small but noticeable increase in: Focus Mood Overall feeling of wellness Energy Could be placebo effect, but it's been a nice boost. I just botched an hour long presentation and QA session in front of 40 people. And it was recorded. Just goes to show you can be great at your job but still stumble. Nothing left to do but identify what went wrong and make changes so that it doesn't happen again. Sometimes progress is painful 🤙
