Think I'm officially in #ketosis. Day 4 and I woke up 6 lbs lighter. I know it's just water, but I'm excited the process is at least underway. Been awhile since I've done keto, fingers crossed I can hammer out some weight loss.

The fact that you can instantly #zap sats to someone who has provided value from a post, thought, opinion, picture or whatever on #nostr is so next level I don't think people even realize it. It blows my mind. Absolutely amazing!
