To make money you’re going to have swim against the current. You can waste your time trying to predict which the way current is going to go, or you can learn how to be a stronger swimmer. If you can’t swim, bet on someone who can.

It isn’t easy being different. Living a lifestyle outside of the norm. The judging, the unsolicited opinions, the glazed over, dumbfounded stares as we walk by. The struggle for people to understand how we do it, but when we explain it, we find they don’t really want to know how we do it, they just want to be able to gossip, to judge and then snicker and speak through the sides of their mouths about how they wouldn’t never do it, even though deep down inside they know they can’t. I’ve always liked being on the outside, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. There are times when it wears on me, where I have seeds of doubt, or moments of second guessing. But in the end, I know what’s right for myself and my family. Let them stare. Let them judge. We’re big. We’re loud and we don’t give a fuck.
