@Vitor Pamplona is it possible that Muting a user doesn't work with Amber? Nothing happens when I mute someone.
Stop shitcoining. Use Bitcoin. If Bitcoin is too slow for you, use Lightning. If Lightning is too unreliable for you, use Ecash.
Just stop goddamnit. Nobody cares about your ridiculous shitcoin and you're wasting your precious life.
New version of GNU Taler just dropped.
While we're obsessively improving ecash UX for Bitcoin across a dozen apps, this is what the primary fiat ecash system looks like after only 10 years of development.

Calling reckless people for testing staging.cashu.me and reporting bugs! Release is imminent.
Updates:
- most operations like receiving ecash and Lightning do not switch your active mint anymore, everything is much smoother
- never miss an invoice again. past invoices checked by new worker in the background, websockets check invoices during startup. can be disabled in privacy settings. ๐ This feature needs most testing (does the wallet get rate limited by mints?).
- new swap to existing mint option when receiving ecash, experimental.
- nwc listens for commands from up to 1 minute in the past; can finally be used for zapping on iOS (might need to switch back to the wallet if it was killed in the background) ๐ iOS Damus zappers please test
- nwc now allows creating invoices (thanks to @ekzyis)
- UI refinements all over the place
Over time, I've met many extremely talented developers who create literal magic but never learned to share their work to reach its full potential.
- mistakes are ok. you will break things but you will fix them.
- you're a wizard. sharing code multiplies its power. we live in the era of magic.
- you're a human. your potential is limited by your ability to cooperate and build relationships with others.
- code is power. not sharing your work is a waste of human potential. your code empowers others, and others help you.
- coding by yourself feels safe, sharing your work with the world to judge feels risky.
- you're not coding to make time fly. if you are, stop coding and do something useful.
- if you don't ship, you will stop coding at some point because it was just an intellectual part time.
- ship. get into a habit of shipping, release often and in small steps.
releasing is harder than coding

IMF Press release for El Salvador. This is insane. Big loss for Bitcoin in El Salvador.
This is nothing like the "shops just don't have to accept Bitcoin anymore" that everybody thought it was. Read this.
