What is the best approach here? Just use DIY hardware wallets? Krux? Do we need the infamous "security chip"? #asknostr View quoted note →

Transnational capital is not bad per se, it's only when it starts outweighing — through corruption ans bribery — the local steakholders' demands that it becomes a major destructive force.

External constraints imposed on Bitcoin users are not properties of #Bitcoin itself.

Dumbfucks who talk about "tainted coins" as proof that #Bitcoin isn't fungible are confusing Bitcoin with the intermediaries Bitcoin was created to make obsolete. Bitcoin doesn't recognize clean coins or dirty coins. Nodes don't. Consensus doesn't. The concept of "taint" exists only because some third parties choose to discriminate based on transaction history. If your definition of Bitcoin's fungibility depends on the opinions of exchanges, regulators, or chain-analysis firms, you're measuring the intermediary layer, not Bitcoin itself. That's a malicious take mostly propelled by spooks to condition FUD in the eggshell minds of those dumb enough to eat that shit up.

The US federal government currently spends roughly one‑third more than it collects in taxes, running annual deficits on the order of 30–40% of revenues. In the last few years, interest payments on the federal debt have surged and are now rivaling, and at times exceeding, defense spending as one of the largest line items in the budget, displacing defense from its long‑standing position as the dominant major expense since the Cold War era. #funfacts View quoted note →

It's a weird flex when folks here put BIP110 up in their profiles as if anyone gives a fuck. :Sigma:
