✅ Day 4 of #100pushups 15-10 morning 25 afternoon 25 evening 25 evening I got past a bit of a block this morning. Looking forward to tomorrow. I have a long 12hr flight so I’ll try and do them all before taking off.

✅ Day 3 of #100pushups 15-10 15-10 15-10 15-5-5 in struggle town. Feeling like my muscles haven’t rested, so it’s tough. However, they are already gaining mass it appears. It’s a mental game to keep pushing. Funny how day 1 was the easiest so far… maybe just because I wasn’t using my arms this much before. The fitness journey continues! Proof of work is the only way haha

✅ Day 2 of #100pushups 25 at home. 25 in the forest. 10-15-15-10 at home. This is still pretty tough. The 25 in the forest during a break from hiking felt great. Trying to get the next 50 after returning home was hard. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.

What are your favorite films with stories centered on musicians? Here’s the one I was thinking about today, Whiplash (2014). I liked how each character’s flaws were revealed and some of what happens when you make art into a sport.

I’ve been restocking a few dollars worth of #sats every month to support creators directly. This is the way I think. It’s simple and effective. This is not a “____ Plus” subscription that gets you no ads. However, to me, it does mean no ads and a lot of good content gets posted and the creators get well supported. I don’t get to pay a lot of people in the hard money that is #BTC, but I really want to. #nostr is the first place I really can spend a few thousand sats each month directly to people I think make great stuff. Imagine your monthly subscriptions to online content were transformed into sats. Maybe you’d spend those $5-$50 to directly #zap video makers, writers, artists, musicians, podcasters etc. I have 5,422 sats here. That will give me my next 54 zaps (usually 100 sats each). I’ll be reloading once that’s out. Thanks @primal your app is really simple to use and might change the internet into the one I dream of.

Whenever I see a street musician, I hope I see a #lightning QR so I can tip them in sats.

Something else I like about using #nostr is not looking at repetitive and scammy ads every 3rd post. I just load some sats and zap as I scroll. I know that this is the internet I want. Happy place 👍⚡️
