What has been surprising or interesting for you having started this challenge? For me, I’m surprised how much just a little bit of time set aside each day can change your physique.

What do your groceries cost in #sats? It might be fun to compare with each other, but more importantly, with previous notes as time goes on. This was 66,000 sats (coffee made up a large part).

Feeling great! Admittedly, I took two days off, but the struggle I felt in the first 7 days has mostly evaporated. Next, I’m going to make sure each push-up is more full and with perfect posture.
