Almost talked myself out of it today. Got it done because I remembered my body is easily capable of continuing this. It’s just mental noise that gets in the way of taking on a bit of discomfort for a greater cause.

What has been surprising or interesting for you having started this challenge? For me, I’m surprised how much just a little bit of time set aside each day can change your physique.
