I think the Primal app performance on iOS is getting better! About 6 months ago I had some speed and overheating issues. All good now!

I cooked up some wagyu fillets and mashed potatoes as part of a family dinner. It was a great tasting combo and the quality of the beef was also excellent. Wishing you all a fun and healthy start to the new year! image
Day 43 (total) of #100pushups 10 sets of 10 in the morning. I am back! It feels good to have worked my way back into the groove.
Hey #100pushups crew. I’ve been back into doing pushups again every day (just in the morning at the moment). I’m not getting up to 100 which is why I am not sharing notes like I was. But, it’s a great routine to start each day. My back was sore for maybe 2 weeks when I was going too hard so this is a nice way to get back into the routine. I look forward to when I start the day with 100 pushups rather than the 40 I’m doing now. I hope you’re all doing great!!
Day [not yet 43] of #100pushups Been missing joining the rest of you but my back’s telling me to give it a few days of rest/recovery. Doesn’t feel that bad but gotta respect the growth and recovery cycles. Back soon! 🫡

✅ Day 40 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 Easier today! Let’s see where the next challenging area is.
✅ Day 39 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 Getting a little tough to get through each set the last few days. I must be near a new inflection point.
✅ Day 38 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 A little bit of muscle soreness every day but it’s really mild. Getting some good gains in exchange for the work!
✅ Day 37 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 Keep learning something new every day. If you have a question in your mind, follow it toward some discovery!
✅ Day 36 of #100pushups 25-15-10-15-10-25 Made some technique adjustments today with advice from a friend. Harder work for better form at first. More control. Let’s keep at it!
✅ Day 35 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 throughout the day. I think at this point, my shoulders are looking quite different to where I started. My posture has improved since starting this for sure!
✅ Day 34 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 throughout the day. Got some good beef steak for dinner today. Protein is doing its job!
✅ Day 33 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 throughout the day. I’m halfway to the 66 day mark (where some believe a habit is properly formed).
✅ Day 32 of #100pushups 25-25-25-25 throughout the day. Took a day off and now back to basics. My form and technique is getting better I believe.
✅ Day 31 of #100pushups 30-20-25-25 throughout the day. Something new! Was good. A bit hard at first though. Again tomorrow!
