Wow what a difference a couple of months make. Last time I was setting up Stripe payments … it was so difficult. Now with the /plugin feature it ClsudeCode … it’s SOOOO easy.

Seriously ... in February... I was maintaining SOO many repo's of these Agentic Projects I was embarking on. Now ... all that "synthetic" data & captured convos are making it SOOO easy to improve the project. If you can get a Max account & start ... DO IT !!! That idea of yours is a lot closer to build than you think. For me, VoxRelay started with me asking for Research insights on how hard it would be to build a VoiceLLM with the hardware I have ... that lead to all sorts of comparisons to what's out there... and finally to making something. If you got ideas ... just start !!!

UX WTF of the day ... when it comes to online forms, we have OBVIOUS error handling patterns. Visual patterns. For VoiceUX "data capture" ... there are not ANY obvious patterns. Going to have to look into some old school Human Factors stuff... HCI and task processing review ... exciting times !!!

jeez ... this ClaudeCode /workflow feature is pretty epic !!! just had it go through 3+ days of vibe coded features and fixes & backfill all the usecases & technical usecases for the platform. It ran for 20+mins ... and when we did a smoke test / QA back check ... everything came back clean. I use to spend a whole day session doing this ... now it's spawning sub agents and doing the cross checking for me. YES I have a SKILL and a folder of .md files telling it how to do the work ... but before I would prompt it & interject what I wanted to see completed. Now it's just running hot & doing it fully. WILD TIMES !!!

The amount of learning in actually building a product is pretty epic... If you know enough of what you’re doing … It’s an exciting endeavour. Just gotta be comfortable with a lot of vibe coded side quests.

Side note … I still can’t believe that using AI … I can build a full production platform that rivals companies of ppl funded to the millions. The asymmetry of what I build is shocking & exciting.

Spent the day rewriting my voiceLLM after a demo session. You know that vibe project you’re working on. Show it to ppl early & often. It’ll help you recalibrate what matters in the larger scope.
