Recently I have qualified as a sound healer. It’s such an amazing tool for deeper healing and nervous system balancing. Two years carnivore today. I still get emotional thinking about how far I’ve come. Before this lifestyle, I was quietly battling so much: Suicidal depression that dimmed every part of my life. Food addiction and eating disorders that consumed my days. Severe digestive issues, chronic bloating, and inflammation. Bleeding gums, eczema, fragile nails, painful muscle aches, relentless fatigue. Even sleep didn’t bring relief — insomnia was constant. And all of it made me feel trapped in a body that felt like it was giving up on me. But now, two years later... I’ve found peace. Not perfection - but freedom. No more cravings that controlled me. My mind is clear, stable, and present. I sleep deeply. I My body feels strong — not swollen, not fatigued. Just alive. Eczema gone. Gut healed. Gums no longer bleed. Bruises don’t show up from a light touch. I’m not retaining water like I used to. And I can finally trust my body again. This isn’t about being extreme. It’s about what gave me my life back. I’m not saying this is the path for everyone - but I am saying healing is possible, even when it feels unreachable. Planning to move to one of those places from London. Looking some friends who maybe could give me some advice where to start.
