Felt good to be woken up by my daughter in my own bed today. GM!

Traveling can be fun, but my diet for the last week has been aweful. I'm looking forward to getting back to my grassfed, locally grown beef and eggs as well as getting back to my daily gym routine.

Airport lounges are a travel day cheat code. Free food, coffee, a quiet place to sit comfortably while you wait. If you play the fiat credit game to win, American Express cards at certain levels get you in to lounges all over the world. Highly recommend for those who travel.

Got to ATL and headed to a hotel for the evening. Did not pack for this weather. It's fuckin cold.

The storm going through Atlanta is really messing up my travel plans and the airline help desk is not super helpfull with getting the situation figured out. Either way, looks like I'm sleeping somewhere other than my own bed tonight.
