I hate people’s definition of “I’m coming; I’ll be there soon...” This is a lack of respect for other people’s time. I was taught and cut, which starts from the discipline of an honor with defined agreements. I’ll arrive at 09:00am; I’ll be there at 10:00am. This is a clear definition, it shows commitment and responsibility.

You can even choose the path of least resistance, but it is likely that something in your plans will be lost along the way. And usually, it was the best part of the draft! 😬

Sometimes you are too inserted into your world, trying to help as much as you can - everything and everyone, thinking that maybe you are a hero - but there comes a certain moment when you become the villain; you just haven’t realized it yet. Then it’s time to abandon the trench and hoist the 🏳️

Throughout my career, I can say that I have had unique opportunities to meet amazing people. This makes us have the ability to evolve and develop. And in this timely window, being fair, loyal, reliable and positive - even when the entire concentration camp is at the limit, makes the difference in the end of cycles and sessions. Today, I received a gift, which I think is what gives me the most pleasure to be contemplated; the second skin of a colleague, the honor for those who understand why they struggle. The American group is part of a unit that many of us Brazilians will never have the opportunity to embrace. But with all certainty that it starts from inside my heart, they will always be our brothers. Thank you for the gift, Marcos. 🫡
