Picked up some Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free 100% whole grain bread at Target. It’s not on the shelves with all the regular bread but on a kiosk near the regular bread. My Low-FODMAP elimination diet says I gotta stay away from gluten and wheat. I didn’t see wheat in the ingredients, so I think I’m good. INGREDIENTS: WATER, BROWN RICE FLOUR, TAPIOCA FLOUR, WHOLE GRAIN SORGHUM FLOUR, CANE SUGAR, POTATO STARCH, WHOLE GRAIN OAT FLOUR*, CULTURED BROWN RICE FLOUR, EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, XANTHAN GUM, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: EGG WHITES, EGGS, YEAST, SEA SALT, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR VINEGAR, ENZYMES. CONTAINS: EGGS *CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE.

I *think* I have this correctly in my head. Please correct any mistakes I’ve made. Bitcoin transactions are broadcast to the Bitcoin network to be verified by the network of 19k nodes running Nakamoto Consensus rule. If a transaction passes inspection, it’s bundled together with other transactions to be Proof-of-Work mined and added to the next Block in the Bitcoin blockchain.

Paid $5.49 per gallon for gasoline. A gallon of gasoline wasn't no $5.49 per gallon 40 years ago. And yet, technology is gotten better over the last 40 years, so gasoline should be CHEAPER. dafuq

One of the meals from my Low-FODMAP diet to test if it helps alleviate my IBS/IBD. Four-and-a-half more weeks to go. Tuna on Butter Lettuce leaf. Lactose-free yogurt with handful of blueberries and 1/2 small orange.

It’s amazing how technology has allowed me to simply carry around a camera that I can instantly see the results. In the 1970s, we had to buy film, load it in a camera, take pics, drive to the store and drop off film to be developed, wait a week, return to the store to pick it up, and - fingers-crossed - the pictures weren’t out of focus, light-leaked or blank.

What’s great about the low-FODMAP diet my nutritionist has me on is I can eat chicken, beef, pork, bacon, and eggs 💪 🐓🥩🐖🥓🍳 I am restricted on the seasoning, though. Only salt and pepper. No mixed-seasons like garlic salt or onion seasoning.
