Is there any way for monero transactions to happen with one or even both parties being offline? Like obviously if both are offline, at least one party would need to eventually go back online to have the transaction put on the blockchain and is probably a bad idea overall, but needing only one party seems reasonable enough to be possible right?

I built a red light therapy panel today, just in time for shorter days in winter. Not sure how much I buy into the whole red light stuff, but if nothing else it feels like standing outside on a sunny day so it's a very pleasant way to warm up in the morning 🌞
