Idea: A habit tracking app that has a nostr-based accountability feature.
You can mark some habit you want to do as done for a light green mark on your calendar and you can post proof for nostr friends to mark as "verified" which gives upgrades your light green to dark green for the day.
Call it "Proof of Work"
Society has really just gotten too lazy. No one is willing to put in effort for something better when a "convenient" but objectively worse option exists.
Take streaming vs physical media for example, people have willingly given up the concept of ownership for the "convenience" of watching and listening at a worse quality and always at the risk of their favorite content getting moved to another service or taken down completely all because buying or renting a movie at the store was "too much work"
