You ARE mining monero right now, right?
I really feel like if there was an acceptable alternative to Monero, then literally no one would still be using it. Most crypto users still live in a fiat world and monero is literally the hardest crypto to on and off ramp to from fiat.
If another coin (or L2) COULD replace monero, it WOULD, but it HASN'T because it CAN'T.
man, once I get an adderall prescription and pre-approved for a home loan, I'll be unstoppable :inDaClub:
Now I'm realizing my next problem is that I have no idea what to write down. I feel like I'm back in school paralized at the thought of starting an essay...
I guess that's probably part of the reason to journal and keep personal notes though.

I'm seeing a lot of people who have a very different take away from the WoT stuff than I do. It seems they think that WoT is some arbitrary "credit score" assigned to users by relay operators or client developers, but from how I understand it, the whole point is that each user will be able to setup their own scoring metrics so each user's WoT is unique.
So user A might see a score of 67 for user C, but user B has set different weights so they see 42 for user C.
Of course, in practice a lot of people will just use the default provider set in their client and that could lead to some issues so I think we just need to make sure that new users have a way of easily setting up their own scoring system and make it very clear that the scores they see are not necessarily what others see.
Perhaps it's possible to build a WoT provider into something like @Citrine or if not maybe just its own standalone app that you point your client towards.
Ok I give up trying to get wot to show up in amethyst, tried a bunch of supposedly wot providing relays in all the different relay categories and nothing so whatever
I made an emoji pack
