Life is all about incentives and consequences, and while homelessness is definitely a byproduct of the times and arguably has always existed, there simply has to be something done about it so long as we are forced to oblige the governments supposedly in charge. Currently, it seems there are no real consequences to squatting and shitting in the streets. This must change.
