It has become of utmost importance to me that people stop moralizing Bitcoin. Moralization is a losing strategy that the Marxists will co-opt. Bitcoin is no more moral than the steel that holds up a bridge, or our cells in our bodies that optimize for survival and efficiency. Marty has been on the cutting edge of this topic for 4 years and I give him a lot of credit for keeping with it. Everyone else in the Bitcoin space seems to have teetered off. Jessica Rose is a great guest and well before I knew what Bitcoin was, I was learning from her how to read and analyze the VAERS database. Reject people who moralize Bitcoin. They are auditioning to be the next tyrant. Resisting the urge to moralize is a bit like resisting the urge to print money. You gotta cast your lot with those who struggle and reject those who take the easy route. Rejecting moralizing means understanding the technical aspects and making your arguments based on accountable facts. Moral speakers get to somehow not understand the technical nature of bitcoin. Don’t allow this. Be rigorous and ruthless and don’t let influencers make moral arguments without challenge
