BLUE System
An idea from a small youtuber I found. It's basically the wikipedia for *guides*, as opposed to knowledge. The guides are structured in discrete levels: For a given topic, for each of the sets of guides (denoted as levels), you only need to understand the guides from the level under it. His vision involved trusted parties and vetted professionals, but I've implemented it instead with a simple client-side voting algorithm voting algorithm.
