Sirloin with a side of thinly sliced sprouts that are fried with bacon lardons, beef tallow, and bit of salt and pepper. Yummy and the sprouts suck up all that fat 😋 Had it with Parmesan previously but prefer it with bacon instead #foodstr

Got rugpulled with the weather this morning, was chucking it down and miserable….so of course wore jeans and warm clothes Soon as I set foot on the train the weather remembered it should be summer 🥵 Still, perfect environment for authentic Italian ice cream at Notarianni’s in Blackpool 😁 My grandad knew the OG Mr. Notarianni who was still going in the 1940-50’s, he was laser eyed on vanilla ice cream the entire time on quality not quantity, the stall has been here since the 30s and shows that for sure. Perhaps next time I’m there I should try to #orangepill them, seem like prime candidates 🤔
