I’ve got the house to myself for the week. Time to learn about FEDI. Beginning at my usual starting point lol. If anyone has any pointers, even better. I hope it’s a little easier than straight lightning node and channel setup. That took me a while to get. Thought I’d try smoking and spicing a couple lb’s of ground beef before using it in a dish. I ended up with what I can only call “smoked beef poached eggs”. The smoke worked pretty well.
