maybe i'm missing the mark here but i never feel more spiritually alive than when i consistently do these two things:
1. read the bible daily in the morning and pray afterward
2. abstain from all drugs, alcohol, and porn
church attendance matters but these two things have more impact than any sermon, fellowship, or worship song ever could.
