Today I started working on the fourth SATB version of Satoshi.
The Satoshi itself is sewn, and next I’ll be sewing the Genesis Block robe and adding the stuffing 🧵

Today I made okonomiyaki (a Japanese savory pancake).
I was looking for a way to use up leftover cabbage cores and daikon leaves, so I tried mixing them with egg and flour and cooking them like okonomiyaki—and it turned out really delicious😊

In my home, I regularly make “salad chicken” so it’s always available to eat.
My version is made by marinating chicken breast in shio koji and cooking it at a low temperature, making it rich in protein.
Ever since I started strength training, it has become an essential dish 🐔
