AI is not artificial (it's 100% based on human input) and is not intelligence (it's 100% mechanic, no real discernment). Machine Learning is alright as a term, but when it comes to applications names become inaccurate because of hype. One of the best applications I find for these chat bots like ChatGPT is documentation. I always struggled with documentation - nobody wants to write it, and nobody uses it. I see "AI" chat bots as "interactive documentation". That's a more accurate term, but not nearly as hypey.
