OK, so I'm not a miner, but I have questions. this block party sounds like small miners are networking, splitting the work (assign a block of nonces to each player?), and if they get the reward, split it proportionally. if this is the way the block party works, why not do this all the time,to increase the chances of succeeding albeit with lower rewards... or am I completely misunderstanding how this all works?

I planted 10 pecan trees and 25 serviceberry bushes, fenced an additional paddock for the cattle, and processed 7 rabbits today. Then cooked homegrown steaks on the charcoal grill. I'm a wee bit tired!
